Top Table
Our top table has been redesigned to create a smooth clean look. You'd never suspect they're actually slotted for wiring and have a hidden cam lock install system. To make things even better, we've setup our Springer to take any style handlebar as long as it has 3 1/2" riser mounting locations which leaves your options wide open! |

Spring
Although these springs are fundamental to the style of our Springer – it's what's inside that really counts. These perfectly coiled springs house state of the art hydraulic units that enable our Springer to out-perform any other on the market. Our hydraulic shocks have been dyno-tested for over 100,000 miles so we know they can take whatever you throw at them! To eliminate stress on the hydraulic units, they are mounted on spherical bearings which allow them to move freely with the arc of the rocker as it goes through its range of motion. We are the first and only manufacturer to include this type of revolutionary technology into our Springer.

Fork Stop
We obviously think a Rolling Thunder Springer goes perfectly with a Rolling Thunder Frame, but because everyone's entitled to their own opinion we made sure our Internal Fork Stop works with every frame on the market. We believe in keeping your options open so you're free to choose whatever parts and accessories best suit your custom ride.

Sleeve
Your Springer is designed to absorb shocks so your body doesn't have to. This means a Springer has to be extremely stable so it can stand up to anything the road throws at your bike. To achieve this end, we've added a sleeve to the back legs of our Springer to strengthen that vulnerable area. We've made the effort to ensure that our improvements in functionality are executed with our signature style.

Rockers
Our rockers have been outfitted with polished flush mount heat-treated stainless steel bolts to uphold the classy style of our Springer from top to bottom. We use nylatron bushings instead of traditional bearings in our rockers to avoid problems caused by lack of rotation. Although sophisticated CAD software is used to ensure your bike will be sitting perfectly upon installation of our Springer, your rocker angle can be adjusted via the preload on the front spring if necessary.
